Manual Handling & Lifting Safely
Most jobs involve some form of manual handling which includes lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of objects. Using poor techniques is the most common cause of an injury at work. This course is designed to help minimise the risks.

The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) require employers to ensure that abrasive wheels are only operated by employees who have received adequate training in their safe use.
